We are delighted to be welcoming a whole range of different producers to the food halls at the Nottingham Food Festival, both local producers, and those from further afield. So whatever you like there will be something there to tickle your taste buds.
Producers such as the Nibblenose Cheese company, or The Great British Cheese Company with their wide selection of tasty cheeses, and if you follow that with a visit to one of our relish stands, where they do wonderful chutneys, relishes and mustards, you have a whole meal.
Big shout out to the Supreme Sausage Company who will also be there. Not only do they sell the most delicious sausages in some wonderful flavour combinations, but they also have a gluten free selection for ordering.
And if you have more of a sweet tooth, we are pleased to announce two fudge stands – The Ultimate Fudge Company and Daffodil Fudge (also gluten free).
Celtic Spirit will be presenting their hand produced liqueurs and spirit drinks, made to century-old family recipes from the Wye Valley; and award winning Gwatkin Cider Co will also be there with their traditional farmhouse ciders and perrys.
Of course, you will need the impliments with which to cook all these wonderful foods, so we have invited people such as Chop Chop Kitchenware, and My Posh Pots – which are a cheerful addition to any kitchen and superb for Mediterranean style cooking and dining.
Of course, there will be many, many more, and bookings are coming in thick and fast now so watch this space.
